If you would like to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so you can return any eligible product within 10 days of it being delivered to you. If your items are eligible, you can request:

 

A refund via the original payment method;

 

An exchange for another item of the same value or higher.

Any return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned items must still have tags on them and must be returned in their original packaging.

Returned items must not show any visible signs of wear or use.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 10 days of receiving your returned order.

 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Send an email to egosapiens1@gmail.com with an order confirmation and specify which items you would like to return.

Send all items back to us, sending us the tracking number.
