It says size 45. But there's a catch. All the shoes I currently wear are size 44 from different brands. So, I tried these sneakers on. They feel the same as wearing size 44 shoes. They don't feel big, they're comfortable, and there's no wobble. Ideal for a foot length of 27-27.5 cm. It might be worth coming in for a fitting.
